The AQuA Quality Awards came to an exciting conclusion this week in London, when the winners were announced live on stage at Apps World, in front of industry peers and press.

Who were the winners?
360 Mobile Assistant, an android-based mobile application store for distributing apps in China was the deserving winner of the Best Quality App Award.

The app was tested against the AQuA Testing Criteria and then reviewed and by a team judges. AQuA Endorsed Member and judge, VMC had their localisation team test the app, and they had this to say about it:

“360 Mobile Assistant has a gorgeous user interface. It has a very clear classification on the main screen that lets the user easily navigate to the application’s recommendation page or applications management page. Overall the app is polished and does not feel lacking in any functionality. That’s why we gave it 5/5 rating and select this as the highest quality app”. Christian Norton, VMC Mobile Manager.

QApitol QA was crowned the winner of the Best Contribution to Quality Award. They were voted by the AQuA community from an impressive shortlist of companies who provide fantastic services to app quality. QApitol is a company that provide QA Acceleration programs and focus on making QA adoption easier for start-ups. Martin Wrigley from AQuA had this to say about the winners:

“I was so impressed by the enthusiasm from the AQuA community about QApitol QA, and for a young company they have made a great impression.  I look forward to seeing what they can achieve next”
