Best practice guide for Accessibility and health survey

Following on from the Accessibility Testing Criteria, we are planning to create Best practice guide for Accessibility. We are aiming to work with UK-based PatientView, its sister organisation, myhealthapps.net and the Mobile Manufacturers Forum on this, and as part of the research process, a survey is being sent out to health developers. 

If you develop health or wellbeing apps then we would be grateful if you could complete this survey.
